President Obama explained today in his weekly broadcast how the U.S.-Ukraine relationship goes back for centuries, which is why he had to spend $10 billion to assist Ukraine’s economy. His articulate broadcast will hopefully stop Detroit’s annoying officials from asking for handouts from the federal government.
